PARKING: Echo Motel has ONE parking space per unit.

Advertised rates are for advanced reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Rate based on occupancy of 4 (3 in the standard room). Additional persons $20/night. If reservation arrives with more people (including children of any age) than agreed to, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Subletting accommodations is prohibited.

Deposits for summer reservations are $350 for motel units, $800 for the studio, $2,000 for the cottages. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation, credit cards will be charged at the time of the reservation. Motel balance is upon arrival. Balances for Oceanfront Cottages, Studio, and Echo House are due by March 1. Cottage cleaning/security deposit requires a $350 credit card hold to be released 1 week after the date of departure.

Off season Cottage rentals require a deposit equal to 1/3 the reservation amount, with balance due at check in.

Reservations are based on arrival & departure dates. Deposits apply to the last night of the reservation and held until 5pm of the scheduled date of arrival unless arrangements have been made.

Confirmations will be e-mailed upon receipt of a deposit. Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders or in Cash upon arrival for the full reservation. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.

Check-in: 4pm-9pm. Check-out: 10am.

All rooms are non-smoking. $250 fee for smoking in rooms.

• The use of the Motel property is limited to registered guests; this does not include additional visitors, guests, or “day trippers”. If renter exceeds the number of registered guests, the reservation may be cancelled at the Management’s discretion, immediately, and without refund.

• Parking is for registered guests only. Please park only in your designated spot. All other cars subject to towing at owner’s expense. All spaces must be vacated at check-out time. Charging of vehicles in electrical outlets is strictly prohibited.
• If there is an extra parking space available, rate will be $15/night. First come first served, no guarantees and may not be available for entire stay.
• All units are non-smoking rooms. There is a $250.00 fee for smoking inside any part of the properties. If you smoke, please do so outdoors by the tables with the umbrella. Please use the ashtray provided, and do not dispose of butts anywhere but the ashtray.
• Burning of candles, incense, sparklers, or the use of BBQ’s in the units are strictly prohibited.
• Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving room, including fans, coffee pots, irons, curling irons, and lights.
• Please do not flush anything down the toilet, even if it says flushable.
• Place the curtain inside the shower when showering, please!
• For safety reasons, no skateboarding, roller skating, or playing in the parking lot.
• All guests must check out by 10:00 am. Any units not vacated by this time will be charged an additional night.
• Property towels and chairs may not be taken to the beach or pool.
• Motel is not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms or cars.
• Quiet hours for all guests is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Spray sunscreen must be applied outdoors, not inside the rooms, or on the balcony.
• The units are clean when you arrive. Excessive time spent cleaning upon departure, as judged by management, will be billed to the renter. Please request a walk through at check out if you are unsure. 
• Use of facilities and pool are at your own risk. No Lifeguard on duty. Pool hours 9 am-9 pm. No glass or food in pool area.

Credit card will be kept on file, and incidentals including, but not limited to, parking, late check out fees, lost keys and damages will be charged accordingly. Violations of the terms and agreement may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund.
