Situated on the top level is the main living quarters, featuriong the main full kitchen, pantry, living room, 1/2 bath, and a rear and front deck. Private gas grill located in the rear of the house. Pool access at the Motel, and a short walk to the beach. Parking for 3 cars maximum.
