Built in 2021, this stunning property seamlessly blends modern design with the charm of coastal living. A unique layout allows for amazing views of the ocean and marsh. The first floor could be its own living space, great for multi-generational trips, or families traveling together but wanting a bit of privacy. The main house is featured on the second and third floors. The first floor features 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bath and full kitchen. The second floor features the master ensuite king bedroom with futon, a queen bedroom, a two twin bedroom, a full bathroom, washer & dryer, and a rear deck. Situated on the top level is the main living quarters, featuring the main full kitchen, pantry, living room, 1/2 bath, and a rear and front deck. Private Blackstone Griddle located in the rear of the house. Pool access at the Motel, and a short walk to the beach. Parking for 3 cars maximum.

From rooms for 2 people, to houses for 12, we have the vacation options for you!
What our guests say: We stayed at cottage 2 this year and at cottage 1 in the past years. They are both beautiful cottages right on the beach. Well maintained property with plenty of accommodations. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. You can hear the ocean while you fall asleep. Easy access to good restaurants and different shops.
What our guests say: My daughter and I had a little girls trip to OOB and stayed at the Echo Motel. Whitney and her staff were amazing, making sure all our needs were met and our stay was perfect. The location was ideal- with ocean access literally feet away and the ability to walk to the downtown area within 10 minutes, we could not have asked for anything more. The rooms were super spacious and very clean, as was the pool! We will definitely be back!!
