Motel kitchenettes have 1, 2 or 3 beds. Sleeping units have 2 or 3 beds. All rooms have A/C, heat, microwaves, small refrigerators, cable TV, iron with board and bathroom with a shower. Kitchenettes have a 2 burner cooktop, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and utensils. *$10 additional per night Memorial Day Weekend.

Oceanside Studio is a kitchenette with one double bed attached to the rear of an oceanfront cottage having a beautiful ocean view from the deck.
Parking for 1 Car.

Oceanfront Cottages have fully equipped kitchens, living room, cable TV with DVD, and 4 bedrooms. Parking for 3 cars, 2 adjacent to cottage, 1 at EchoPlace.

EchoSide is the 5th house from the beach, with A/C, heat, cable TV with VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars.

Echo Place is 75 yards from the beach across East Grand Avenue and has A/C, cable TV with VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and full kitchen. Parking for 2 cars.

Outdoor gas barbecue grills & heated swimming pool is available to all registered guests. The pool is opened mid-May and closed mid-September.

Advertised rates are for advanced reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Additional persons $15 motel, $20 cottage per night. If reservation arrives with more people (including children of any age) than agreed to, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Subletting accommodations is prohibited.

Deposits for reservations are $300 for motel/studio, $750 for Echo Side, $500 for Echo Place, $1000 for Ocean Front cottages. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation, credit cards will be charged at the time of the reservation. Time spent cleaning a rental that is left unclean as determined by management will be billed to the renter. Please refer to Rental Agreement. Cottage cleaning deposit requires a $250 credit card hold.

Reservations are based on arrival & departure dates. Deposits apply to the last night of the reservation and held until 5pm of the scheduled date of arrival unless arrangements have been made.

Confirmations will be mailed or e-mailed upon receipt of a deposit. Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders or in Cash upon arrival for the full reservation. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.

Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 10am.

Cancellations: One half of deposit (50%) will be returned for motel cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival and cottage cancellations made 45 days prior to date of arrival. All other deposits are forfeited. There will be no refunds for early departure regardless of the reason including shorter stay, bad weather, illness etc. Minimum stays may be requested. No Email Cancellations!

All cottages & kitchenettes are rented by the week during "The Season." The rental will be clean when you arrive. Please leave it as you have found it.

The Echo Motel & Cottages are a Free Wi-Fi Hotspot. The Echo Motel & Cottages are non-smoking with no pet accommodations.
