Second Annual Seaside Art Festival The Art Festival will be held on Saturday, July 25th (raindate July 26th) at Memorial Park in Old Orchard Beach. Proceeds will benefit the Libby Memorial Library Building Fund. The Art Festival will consist of numerous Maine and other New England Artists who will display artwork for sale and judging.
